A unified platform for running and managing a business

The problem Fire solves

Mini Product Fire is a unified platform that simplifies the way a business is run and managed. Instead of using many separate pieces of software, the system draws the flow of work, the data and the people into one single place, on one shared database.

The platform is built to address one specific problem. As a business grows, its operations tend to fall into a trap of technological fragmentation, which shows up in three forms:

  • Disconnected tools : The website, product data, customer information and internal communication channels each sit in a different application.
  • Wasted effort : Staff lose focus by switching between applications all day. Data overlaps, arrives late and picks up errors during manual handover.
  • A management bottleneck : Managers spend their time gathering and piecing together figures from several sources instead of making decisions. Software licence costs swell with every user added.

Where the product comes from

Fire is designed by a team that has built intranets, CRMs, transaction systems and business web platforms first hand. After years of working with organisations at very different stages of growth, one conclusion kept repeating: businesses are not short of tools, they are short of a way to connect data, processes and people to one another. The whole architecture of Fire is shaped to close that gap.

Product modules

A business does not need one more standalone application. Fire provides the core platform on which every tool works together on a single source of data. The most important areas of work are brought onto one administration screen, in two modules:

Operations and sales

The customer facing side is a complete storefront, built around the experience of searching for and ordering products.

The administration site provides a lean set of tools for managing the product catalogue, processing orders and configuring the system.

Internal digital workspace

The whole team works, messages, shares documents and takes part in the company's digital culture in one place.

Permissions are set in detail for each position, so information flows only to the roles that should receive it.

What the system delivers

The aim is not to add another tool to an already unwieldy stack, but to remove the fragmentation. When every activity runs on one platform, the system delivers four outcomes:

Fewer motions

A day's work sits in one place. Staff no longer open five or seven applications to finish a single process.

Complete consistency

Products, orders and people draw on one root of data. Contradictions between the figures held by different departments disappear.

Management in real time

Managers read clean figures straight from the system and decide immediately, instead of waiting for a consolidation to pass through several hands.

Cost held together

One platform replaces many separate subscriptions. Capability extends step by step as the need actually arises.

Core differentiators

The market holds plenty of good tools, and each does its own job well. What sets Fire apart is the whole picture approach, expressed in five criteria:

The free plan

Common approach: a trial limited by time, or core features cut away to force an upgrade.

How Fire works: the Community edition is free for life for teams under 5 people, hosted by you, with full ownership of the data.

The update cycle

Common approach: new features sit in a higher plan, or require buying the version again.

How Fire works: continuous feature and security upgrades for every segment of user, the free edition included.

System architecture

Common approach: several strong standalone tools patched together through the APIs of other vendors.

How Fire works: sales and the internal workspace stand on one base of data from the first day.

Data ownership

Common approach: data is locked onto the vendor's infrastructure and hard to extract when you want to move.

How Fire works: you choose the convenience of cloud, or run the platform on your own servers.

The feature roadmap

Common approach: the roadmap is the vendor's to decide, and smaller users rarely come first.

How Fire works: requests from users are recorded directly and taken into the regular update cycle.

Product roadmap

The product grows out of what the market actually needs, across three stages:

Stage 1. The Community edition

Available now. The leanest set of core features, free, enough for a team under 5 people to run steadily.

Stage 2. The Business plans

Coming soon. Every module in full, priority technical support, theme customisation and features designed to order.

Stage 3. Fire Agents

On the roadmap. AI assistants built directly into the daily operating process, working as digital colleagues rather than a tool standing outside the work.

The long view

2026 marks the breaking of the AI wave and of a startup ecosystem that has grown methodical. This is an era for platforms with lasting, standards based architecture.

Fire is positioned to walk with that era: less fragmentation, better performance, and an AI assistant made ordinary in everyday work. The end goal is a tidier, more effective way of working for the whole business.

Getting started with Fire

The Community edition is open and free for teams under 5 people. The Business plans are being finished. If your business needs a path of its own, get in touch and we will work it out together.
